I'm romantic and colourful in my painting. I specialise in watersoluble mediums, particularly gouache. I aim to marry reality with the subconscious and to synthesise folklore, music, poetry and art. My background is in archaeology. I live in Frome, Somerset.
Pictured above; The Swan, gouache watercolour. Sibelius' The Swan of Tuonela was in my mind. Spirits of the dead are accompanied by a swan to the Otherworld.
